Fifteen month contract with Cambridgeshire County Council working across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to engage statutory and voluntary sector - parks and open spaces, nature, wildlife, environment, community, health and wellbeing. Building effective working relationships and communications to co-develop volunteering and health and wellbeing programmes for the Future Parks delivery model.

Working with the Streets and Open Spaces team to provide consultation and engagement services to develop strategies for Litter Management and Public Art Commissioning. Consulting staff, practitioners and general public using a range of methodologies including surveys, focus groups, workshops and semi structured 1-2-1 interviews.

Working with PDT senior team developing away day sessions to shape strategic and operational objectives for the organisation.  Delivered online over two days using presentations, workshop discussions, interactive tools and breakout rooms. Captured as a report with recommendations.

Twelve month contract working with Imperial Health Charity, Healthcare Trust and College, along with NHS Health partners developing a grant initiative to support COVID-19 community response. Engaging communities most affected across North West London to co-design this initiative. 

Providing engagement and service development expertise to consult on shaping future in patient and community provision. Using a range of methodologies to support service review, working with service users, families, carers and staff.
